The product looks great. Their website changed my ordered size from XL to XS which will not fit my SIL. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them when I received the order confirmation with no reply. Later. I was notified that they would not change to size ordered. It's a glitch in their website but I'm not paying another $40+ for the size I ordered on their website. So not satisfied, not happy, will not order again from them.
