Shipping & Returns

Shipping Speed
Our all products are custom made and gets shipped out after fulfillment. Usually we take 2-7 business days to create and fulfill clothing products such as T-Shirts, Tank Tops and 2-5 business days for non apparel products such as mugs, posters etc.

You must add shipping times on top of the fulfillment days. 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and non-apparel products are shipped within 3 business days.

Returns
All our t-shirts, Hoodies, Tank Tops, Sweatshirts and other products are made to order, we offer 10 days returns with certain criteria. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will issue exchanges within 10 days of you receiving the product in the following cases:

- The wrong item was received than ordered in terms of color, size, or model (We require evidenced).
- The product has arrived in a damaged condition (We require evidence).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (We require evidence).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only if your t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops or any other products are damaged or has any issue, such as printing errors then only we will do a return.

You must send us a picture first showing the damage. We will inspect the damaged product and we would confirm whether it fits our criteria for return. Upon approval we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.

SUMMARY for Exchange

We will issue exchanges within 10 days of you receiving the product in the following cases:

- The product has arrived in a damaged condition (We require evidence).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (We require evidence).

Refunds (if applicable)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

A: Orders may be cancelled if they have NOT entered into the printing process. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally. Cancellations are mad at the sole discretion of House Of Locos.
